Willis Li has had a long and successful career in software engineering. Wei (Willis) began their career in 2001 as a Software Project Manager at Nokia, where they worked on a critical feature project and was responsible for the Java platform delivery for Asha 501. Wei (Willis) also held the roles of Product Owner/ Development Team Manager, Software Project Leader, Software Development Team Leader, Technical Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. In 2014, they moved to Microsoft as a Software Development Manager. In 2015, they joined ORA, Inc. as a Senior Software Project Manager, where they managed the application development project for Android and iOS platforms in parallel. Finally, in 2020, they began working at Roborock as a SW Project Manager.
Wei (Willis) Li has a Master's degree in Communication and Information System from the China Academy of Telecommunications Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communication from Xidian University. In addition, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2013.
