Sameer Bapat

Sameer Bapat is currently the Manager of HR at 4AM Group, a position held since 2015, where they oversee the entire HR gamut including recruitment, payroll management, and leave management, as well as the establishment of new policies during a period of rapid company expansion. Prior to this role, Sameer worked as the HR Manager at Robosoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to 2015, managing HR activities such as employee welfare and general administration. Sameer holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Sikkim Manipal University, earned through distance education between 2008 and 2010.
