Laxmi Shetty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and academia. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Robosoft Technologies since March 2022, Laxmi has previously held positions such as Associate Manager and Assistant Professor in various institutions, including the Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, where responsibilities included training and placement activities in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
