Rachel Volado

Rachel Volado is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as Sr Manager Talent Acquisition at Robosoft Technologies since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Manager Human Resources for EMEA and APAC at Exela Technologies from March 2019 to January 2023. Rachel's earlier experience includes Manager Talent Acquisition at Capita from September 2009 to December 2018 and Recruitment Officer at Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd from April 2007 to July 2009. Rachel holds a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, obtained between January 2020 and May 2022, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
