Johnson Su has worked in the supply chain field since 1998. Johnson began their career as a Senior Buyer at Jabil, where they were responsible for material planning and purchasing of telephone, printer, siren, and modem parts. In 2002, they moved to SanDisk as a Procurement Supervisor, responsible for sourcing, 2nd supplier development, cost reduction in material and process, PO price & Order management, Material planning and purchasing, Weekly KPI review, PPV control, MRB management, and Halogen Free cut in. In 2009, they began working at Archos Shen Zhen as a Supply Chain Manager, where they were responsible for planning and driving projects from initial product conception, industrial design, product development, mould release, components outsourcing, engineering run, pilot run, to ramp up and mass production, as well as developing new suppliers for strategic supply chain management. In 2017, Johnson moved to temi, where they are currently a Supply Chain Manager, responsible for planning and purchasing for NPI and MP projects to meet production schedule, as well as monitoring, managing, and solving delivery and quality issues.

Johnson Su obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Hunan University between 2000 and 2005, followed by an Associate's degree in Business English from Hunan Engineering Institute between 1994 and 1997.
