Stefan Yee

Stefan Yee is the Founder and CEO of PE Group, a financial firm specializing in private equity investments and corporate finance for medium-sized companies in the Belux region, a position held since 2005. In July 2022, Stefan Yee founded PE Capital Group, a generalist private equity fund, marking another significant venture in the industry. Stefan Yee serves as Chairman of the Board for Hyloris Pharmaceuticals and Unifiedpost Payments, and holds board membership roles in several companies, including AED Group, Robovision, Kemetyl Group, Axiles Bionics, and TRAINM Neuro Rehabilitation Center. Stefan Yee’s academic credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Economic Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate & Business Law from the University of Chicago Law School.
