John Adamek

John Adamek is a Process Mining Innovator and Strategic Advisor who currently serves as the Director of Process Excellence and Mining for Asia Pacific at Roboyo, delivering consulting services focused on process optimization and transformation. Previously, Adamek held the position of Managing Consultant at The IBT Group, where they facilitated training in Lean Six Sigma and drove large-scale transformation programs. With a background that includes roles such as Global Head of Transformation at ANZ Bank and Principal Consultant at World Class Quality Pty Ltd, Adamek has successfully managed projects yielding significant financial benefits. Adamek holds degrees in Applied Statistics and Aerospace Flight Dynamics from RMIT University.
