RobQuant is developing a chip-scale quantum magnetometer based on the Nitrogen-Vacancy (NV) centre in diamond, integrated with silicon photonics via a patent-pending optical cavity architecture. Our design targets high magnetic sensitivity with Class 1 laser excitation, enabling a solid-state sensor that operates at room temperature with no cooling and no shielded environment. Designed from the ground up for standard semiconductor foundry fabrication, the sensor chip targets two large markets: wearable brain imaging (MEG) for neurological diagnostics, replacing systems that are expensive and immobile, and ruggedised quantum-based health monitoring for aerospace and defence.
