Jay Hsueh has a diverse work experience. Jay is the CEO and Founder of Roby, where they developed a conversational AI service hub for the next generation office. At NXP Semiconductors, they worked as an Analog Design Engineer, focusing on innovative products such as wireless charger systems and microcontrollers. In Aimculture Ltd., they served as a Project Manager, supervising a product design team and executing business strategies. As the Co-founder of Room2music, they successfully increased the employee count and customer base. Jay also led a software design team as the CEO and Co-founder of LiWi LLC., gaining recognition from major media outlets. In 2018, they participated in the Alexa Accelerator program, powered by Techstars.

Jay Hsueh obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Cheng Kung University in 2006. Following this, they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in the same field at the same university from 2006 to 2008. In 2011, Jay pursued another Master of Science (M.S.) degree, this time in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, at the University of Southern California, which they completed in 2012.
