Avery Groll has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the healthcare industry. Starting in 2010, Avery worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Habilitation Technician at Maxim Healthcare Services, providing in-home care for individuals with disabilities.
In 2013, Avery joined Comfort Keepers as a Community Outreach/Business Development Liaison, where they also filled in as a Certified Nursing Assistant when needed.
From 2014 to 2016, Avery worked at Chamberlin Edmonds as a Healthcare Representative, assisting uninsured and under-insured patients in the emergency room and helping them with their application for financial assistance programs.
During 2014 to 2016, Avery also worked at The Karis Group as a Healthcare Advisor, where they navigated the healthcare system, answered patient inquiries, and maintained communication through various channels.
In 2016, Avery joined ResearchPoint Global as a Research Associate I, conducting data analysis and maintaining communication with study coordinators and regulatory document assistants. Avery was later promoted to Research Associate II and took on more complex responsibilities such as problem-solving and managing the eTMF.
In 2018, Avery joined TalentCare as a Client Implementation Specialist, where they collaborated with internal teams to streamline client onboarding and manage client relationships.
Also in 2018, Avery joined Castlight Health, first as a Sr. Associate Customer Success Manager, working closely with Customer Success Managers and improving the end-user experience. Then, Avery was promoted to Sr. Client Services Associate and became part of a newly created team responsible for managing all customer success and implementation functions.
In 2021, Avery completed the Dual-Certified Life & Health Coach program at Health Coach Institute.
Most recently, in 2023, Avery joined Robyn as a Wellness Coach, expanding their reach in women's wellness and healthy lifestyle coaching and providing support and encouragement to women in various phases of parenting.
Avery Groll attended Meredith College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology- Allied Health Science. In addition to their formal education, Avery has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Personal Branding on Social Media," "Learning Personal Branding," "Speaking Confidently and Effectively," "The Five Thieves of Happiness (getAbstract Summary)," "Discovering Your Strengths," and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers." These certifications were obtained between July and September of 2021.
