Xavier Rodrigo

Xavier Rodrigo is currently the Regional Managing Director for Africa and the Middle East at Roca Group. With a strong background in finance and management, Xavier previously held roles such as Financial Controller and Managing Director at Kalevit Roca Saniter Seramik Sanayi A.S. and served as Corporate Development Manager at Roca China. Additionally, Xavier was the Deputy Managing Director at Gravena and the Managing Director at Roca Maroc S.A. From 2020 to 2024, Xavier was the Commercial and Marketing Director at Roca Sanitario, S.A. Xavier earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and a Postgraduate in American Latin Economies from the Universitat de Barcelona, along with completing an Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School.
