Bayan Misaghi is currently the Director of Investment Management at Rocade Capital, having previously held significant roles at Invictus Capital Partners, including Vice President, where they led the Single Family Rental Portfolio Loan Program and developed various underwriting guidelines. Prior to this, Bayan served as a HHMI Fellow at Washington and Lee University and participated in investment banking at Harris Williams & Co. They also gained experience as a Fixed Income Securities Strategist at Goldman Sachs. Bayan obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from Washington and Lee University and is pursuing a Doctor of Law at George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School.
