Matt Watts has over 20 years of experience in the technology and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at ROCC Housing Technology Solutions since April 2009, Matt's previous roles at the same company included Customer Service Lead and Support Consultant. Prior to this, Matt worked as a Field Engineer at Minorplanet from April 2002 to November 2008. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Studies from the University of Brighton, completed between 1995 and 1998.
