In pochi avrebbero potuto immaginare che una piccola attività nata in un laboratorio di appena 40 mq, dove lavoravano soltanto due persone, sarebbe presto diventata una delle più importanti realtà imprenditoriali italiana del settore. Specializzati nella produzione di bottarga di muggine e tonno intera e macinata, Rocca la bottarga è una realtà caratterizzata da un sano spirito imprenditoriale unito ad una grande capacità di guardare oltre.
La nostra bottarga negli anni ha conquistato posizioni importanti sul mercato italiano ed estero. E’ stato di fondamentale importanza ottimizzare i processi interni per soddisfare le richieste.
