Aaron A. is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and data science leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Roche since January 2025, Aaron previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Spring Science, where efforts focused on developing an AI/ML-driven SaaS platform for scientific image analysis. At Quora, Aaron directed a machine learning engineering organization, overseeing teams dedicated to content recommendation, monetization, and natural language processing. Earlier roles include Head of Data Science at Lyra Health, where core data assets and algorithms were built, and positions at Kyron, Inc., PerformanceStar LLC, and IBM, where expertise in software engineering and machine learning was applied to various projects. Aaron holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The College of New Jersey.
