Aaron Vose is an experienced HPC Engineer and Software Engineer with a strong background in high-performance computing and machine learning. Currently employed at Roche since February 2024, Aaron focuses on HPC analysis pipelines for next-generation nanopore gene sequencing devices. Previously, Aaron served as Principal Software Engineer at MaxLinear, extending Intel’s OneDNN library, and held roles at Maxwell Labs Inc. and NanoSemi Inc., where skills in managing hybrid computer clusters and machine learning were developed. With prior experience optimizing software for supercomputers at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Cray Inc., as well as academic roles at the University of Tennessee and various research institutes, Aaron holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
