Adam Rous possesses a diverse background in finance and accounting, with experience at various prominent organizations. At Roche, Adam held multiple roles including Global Finance Analyst and Intern in Pharma Finance Business, contributing to the Center of R&D Financial Excellence. Prior experience includes consultancy at Deloitte Slovenia and an Associate position at A Tax International, where Adam assisted with transfer pricing and tax compliance. Adam's foundational roles include accounting assistant positions at Sberbank and Qubix International Ltd, focusing on invoice processing and financial reporting. Academically, Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and two Master's degrees in Finance and Bank Management from the University of Ljubljana and the University of Exeter, respectively.
