Aileen Leyva, MBA, currently serves as the US SAP Functional Lead for the ASPIRE Business Transformation Program at Roche, where responsibilities include acting as the functional lead and point of contact for Roche Diagnostic Solutions in the U.S. Aileen's extensive experience in business systems analysis spans multiple roles within RDS Global Operations, focusing on system integration, process improvements, and team leadership across various projects involving the EtQ Reliance QMS/MES system. Aileen's background also includes tutoring in math and science for Educational Tutorial Services and organizing efforts for The ONE Campaign. Aileen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Arizona.
