Alan Yates is currently the Ad-interim Head of Management Center Functions for Roche Diagnostics in southern Africa, where they focus on enhancing a people-centered organizational approach. Alan has also held the role of Ad-Interim General Manager, leading a team of over 200 members across nine markets in the SADC region to improve healthcare outcomes. They earned a degree as a Biomedical Technologist from Vaal Triangle Technikon between 1993 and 1996.
