Ales Neubert

Ales Neubert is a Senior Scientist at Roche, with a focus on developing automated technologies for clinical evaluations using MRI, particularly in musculoskeletal disorders. Previously, Ales served as a Research Scientist and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at CSIRO, contributing to projects on automated segmentation and quantitative analysis of MRI images, which aim to assist clinicians in diagnosing and treating conditions like osteoarthritis and sports injuries. Ales completed a PhD in Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Queensland, with research on computerized analysis of MRI of the spine, and has held various positions at CSIRO, including Visiting Scientist and Industrial Trainee, alongside earlier experience in risk management at IXIS CIB. Ales's educational background includes degrees in Applied Mathematics and Computer Vision from prestigious institutions such as Ecole centrale de Paris, CentraleSupélec, and Czech Technical University in Prague.
