Alex Murphy

Alex Murphy is a Senior Clinical Director specializing in late-stage product development for neuroscience and rare diseases at Roche. They completed a PhD in Quantitative MRI in Muscular Dystrophies at Newcastle University, where they also served as a Clinical Research Associate. Alex has held various roles in pediatric medicine, including Specialist Paediatric Training and Paediatric Registrar positions at the NHS. They previously worked as an Academic Clinical Lecturer at the University of Birmingham and have been involved with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Support UK as a Clinical Care Correspondent since 2015.
