Alexandra Markus

Alexandra Markus is currently the Global Medical Affairs Lead at Roche, where they leverage their four years of experience in pharmaceutical and CRO clinical drug development. A professional pharmacist, they have effectively directed operational planning and execution of clinical protocols while fostering strong collaborative relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Previous roles include Global Studies Manager at Genentech, where Alexandra managed a $130 million study budget for a Phase III lung cancer trial, and Global Clinical Operations Summer Intern at Novartis. Alexandra holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Post Doctoral Fellowship from Rutgers University.
