Alfredo Robles is a seasoned leader in global change management, currently serving as a Senior Organizational Change Manager at Roche, where they develop and implement effective strategies for Enterprise Master Data Management and Data & Analytics Governance. With over a decade of experience in supply chain and organizational transformation, Alfredo has held key roles at companies such as BASF, Ciba, and Merck Group, where they achieved significant operational improvements and cost savings. Alfredo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is currently pursuing Advanced Studies in Applied IT at ETH Zürich.
