Anand Vairavan

Anand Vairavan is a seasoned executive in the healthcare and diagnostics industry, currently serving as the Managing Director and President of Roche Diagnostics Australia since October 2015. Vairavan has held multiple leadership roles within Roche, including Head of Solutions for Global Marketing and Senior Director of Global Marketing. Prior to Roche, Vairavan was with Novartis Diagnostics (Grifols) from 2011 to 2015, where responsibilities included directing commercial operations in Japan and South Korea and leading marketing strategies across the Asia-Pacific region. Vairavan's earlier experience includes a tenure at AutoGenomics, where responsibilities ranged from Group Marketing Manager to Account Manager, overseeing product launches and marketing initiatives in molecular diagnostics. Vairavan holds dual MBA degrees from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Baylor University.
