Anca Pintea

Anca Pintea is currently the SAP Deployment Global Training Manager/Advisor at Roche, specializing in large global SAP implementation projects and training strategy. With extensive experience in GxP environments, they have managed training teams, optimized processes, and ensured stakeholder engagement. Prior to their role at Roche, Anca held positions including Project Coordinator at Chevron and IRIS Global Training Lead at Alcon, where they successfully led training for SAP projects across multiple continents. Anca holds an MBA from Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” and a Graduate Diploma in International Relations from Curtin University.
