Andreas Bättig is currently the Head of Customer Operations at Roche Diagnostics Switzerland. They began their career at Ferronorm AG, where they served as a Lehrling Lagerist, before progressing to roles at Pistor AG and SFS unimarket AG as a Lagerist. From 2011 to 2013, they gained valuable experience at Roche as a Warehouse Specialist and later took on various leadership positions, including Head of Logistics & Warehouse and Business Process Excellence Lead. Andreas completed education at GS1 Switzerland between 2018 and 2021.
