Andrew Neale is currently the Global Lead for R&D Talent Acquisition at Roche, where they lead a network of specialized talent acquisition partners across EMEA, focusing on Pharma and Diagnostics divisions. From 2021 to 2024, they served as the R&D Recruitment Lead for EMEA, translating global R&D strategies into effective workforce initiatives. Additionally, Andrew contributed to Roche’s Strategic Workforce Planning Community, aiming to integrate long-term thinking into talent strategies. They hold a BEng and BCom from the University of Birmingham, which they completed in 1997.
