Andy Widmer

Andy Widmer has a diverse background in human resources and information technology, with significant experience in project management and implementation. Beginning a career as a Field Engineer at WANG Computer from January 1991 to September 1991, Andy later transitioned to Swisslos Interkantonale Landeslotterie, serving as IT Leiter Produktion from October 1991 to February 2000. From December 2015 to June 2018, Andy held multiple senior HR roles at Roche, including HR Project Lead and Roll-In Manager for Workday implementation, Head HR Service Center Switzerland, and Region Head IT Customer Services, among others, demonstrating leadership in global HR operations and transformation initiatives.
