Antonia Stepan

Antonia Stepan is currently the Section Head of Medicinal Chemistry at Roche, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this role, they served as a Principal Scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim from 2017 to 2018 and at Pfizer from 2011 to 2015, where they also advanced to Senior Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist. Antonia completed a Ph.D. in Synthetic Organic Chemistry at the University of Cambridge from 2003 to 2006 and held a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at The Scripps Research Institute under Professor K. C. Nicolaou from 2006 to 2008. Antonia's academic background also includes a Diploma in Chemistry from ETH Zürich and a Vordiplom from Heidelberg University.
