Antonia Strotdrees

Antonia Strotdrees is currently the Chief of Staff to the Chief Communications Officer and Head of Strategy & Operations for Group Communications at Roche. Antonia previously served as a Principal Consultant in People & Change at PA Consulting, where they led initiatives in culture change and organizational development. They also gained experience as a Human Resources Executive at Mintel, handling the recruitment process, and as an Assistant Research Consultant at Egon Zehnder during their undergraduate studies. Antonia holds a Master's degree in Organisational Behaviour from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Socio Economics from Universität Hamburg.
