Atul Sethi

Atul Sethi is a Senior Scientist specializing in Systems Biology within Immunology Discovery at Roche since January 2023. Previously, Atul held roles at Roche as a Senior Biomarker Data Scientist, focusing on biomarker identification and single-cell RNA-seq analysis for cancer immunotherapy. Atul also served as a Bioinformatics Data Scientist at University Hospital Basel, analyzing NGS and proteomics data for breast cancer research. In academia, Atul was a Lecturer at University of Basel, teaching courses on R and genomics data analysis.
