Baley Phelps

Baley Phelps is the Senior Director and Head of Communication for Global Product Development at Roche Pharmaceuticals, leading a global team to enhance internal and external communication and employee engagement for the organization. Previously, Baley served as the Director of Executive and Corporate Internal Communication at Genentech, advising the c-suite on critical communications and implementing internal strategies. Baley has also held various communication roles at companies like Edelman, Chevron, and Americas Styrenics LLC, contributing to strategic stakeholder engagement and crisis communication. Baley is pursuing advanced degrees in Global Communication and Global Media and Communications from the University of Southern California and the London School of Economics, respectively, after earning a BS in Journalism from Northwestern University.
