Bart Vanhauwere

Bart Vanhauwere is currently the Area Head for Africa at Roche, where they lead efforts in advancing healthcare initiatives across the continent. They previously held roles such as the General Manager at Roche Nederland B.V. from 2010 to 2016 and as the HER2 Franchise Director, managing the global strategy for key oncology medications. Bart's earlier experience includes serving as a Local Agent at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, supervising national health programs in Niger. Bart holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Medicine from Université libre de Bruxelles.
