Beatriz Hormigos has extensive experience in business solutions and customer engagement, currently serving as the Global Head of CXI Business Solutions Enablement at Roche since 2023. Prior to this, Beatriz held several leadership roles at Roche, including Head of Global Customer Engagement Ecosystem and Business Excellence Director. Beatriz also possesses a strong background in analytics and strategy from positions at Merck, IMS Health, and A.T. Kearney, alongside earlier experience as a Financial Analyst at Pfizer. Additionally, Beatriz gained valuable insights through MBA internships in marketing at Medtronic and Amgen.
