Ben Fu is currently the Head of Instrument Operations APAC at Roche, where they lead the instrument operation team and are a member of both the Operations Rotkreuz Leadership Team and the Suzhou Site Leadership Team. They previously served as Head of EHS at Roche Diagnostics and have extensive experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) roles at companies such as Siemens Healthineers and ASUS. Ben holds a degree from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, earned between 2019 and 2021. They are passionate about making a positive impact in the world.
