Benis Cehic

Benis Cehic is currently the Vice President and Site Head of Manufacturing at Roche, overseeing a team of approximately 700 employees in Mannheim, Germany. They previously held leadership roles at Bayer Animal Health, where they served as Global Head of Manufacturing Strategy and Operational Excellence, as well as Managing Director and Site Head at Corden Pharma. Benis began their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at Kemijski Inštitut, focusing on utilization of catalysts for hydrogen production. They completed their education at ESADE Business & Law School between 2017 and 2018.
