Berndt Heumann is a Dipl.-Ing. (TU) with extensive experience in project management and coaching. They led the construction department at Boehringer Mannheim GmbH from 1991 to 1995 and served as the head of facility management at Boehringer/Roche until 2002. Currently, Berndt manages projects at Roche and has been self-employed as a project manager and coach since 1988. They are in a transitional phase toward a sabbatical, planning to retire after this period.
