Bharat Parekh

Bharat Parekh is an experienced international benefits lead and qualified actuary currently serving as the Group Head of Benefits and Recognition at Roche since 2017. They have previously worked as an actuary consultant at Mercer Limited from 1994 to 2004 and held various leadership roles in benefits management at companies like Novartis and Roche. Bharat is also the Chairperson of the PHRA International Benefits Committee and the President of the International Employee Benefits Association (IEBA) in Switzerland, both since 2014. Additionally, they served on the Board of Directors for the International School Basel from 2015 to 2017. Bharat earned a BSc (Hons) in Physics from Nottingham University and studied at the Institute of Actuaries between 1991 and 1994.
