Bianka Barta

Bianka Barta is currently a Financial Compliance ICFR Senior Analyst at Roche, where they lead efforts in monitoring and implementing Internal Controls over Financial Reporting. Bianka holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Marketing from Budapest Metropolitan University and a Master's degree in Leadership and Management - Process Management from Eötvös Loránd University. They have previously served in various roles at Roche, including Cluster Section Lead PEC EMEA and Financial Accountant, and have also gained experience as a Trainee at the Mayor's Office City Hall and an Administrative Assistant at Erste Bank Hungary. Bianka is passionate about process improvement and stakeholder management, consistently striving to enhance the effectiveness of financial systems.
