Brian O'Neill is a Principal Quality Risk Specialist and Team Leader for External Alliances at F-Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., with a career spanning over three decades in clinical research and quality management. Since February 1992, Brian has been responsible for global quality risk management and overseeing strategic alliances with Contract Research Organisation partners for clinical study management services. Previously, Brian held the position of Manager of Clinical Research and Development at G.H. Besselaar Associates in Dublin, where project management of Phase II/III clinical trials was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Brian managed clinical research focused on immunomodulators at Newport Pharmaceuticals Ireland Ltd. Brian holds a PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Galway and a B.Sc in Clinical Biochemistry from University College Dublin.
