Bridget Boyle, CPCC, has extensive experience in human resources and executive recruiting, currently serving as the Global Practice Lead for Executive Recruiting & Pipelining and Head of People & Culture for the US Diagnostics Commercial Organization at Roche since July 2007. In addition to these roles, Bridget has been the Chairman of the Board for Ascend Indiana since February 2023 and previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at JPMorgan Chase from January 1994 to June 2007. Bridget holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University.
