Camila Lima brings extensive experience in financial operations and management, having held leadership roles in major companies such as Roche and American Tower. Camila's experience at Roche includes serving as the Head of O2C - Treasury, Credit, and Accounts Receivable for Latin America, where responsibilities encompassed managing treasury operations across 15+ countries and leading a team of up to 20 people. Previous roles at Roche involved transitioning treasury activities to a Shared Service Center and implementing strategic financial initiatives. Prior to Roche, Camila worked at American Tower as a Treasury & Accounts Payable Manager and at Danone as a Senior Financial Specialist, focusing on optimizing cash flow and financial processes. Camila holds an MBA in Business Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
