Carly McWilliams

Carly McWilliams is currently the Head of Regulatory Policy for North America at Roche, where they lead regulatory strategy initiatives for the Diagnostics Division. With over 15 years of experience, Carly previously served as a Professional Staff member for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce, advising on FDA-related legislation. They have also held roles with the FDA as a Senior Counselor to the Commissioner, where they managed significant policy matters and crisis responses. Carly began their career as a Legislative Clerk for the Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health, facilitating congressional negotiations and research. They earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a degree in Communication from Hamilton College.
