Carolin Zierer

Carolin Zierer is currently a People Insights Partner at Roche, where they focus on data-driven decision making and evidence-based People practices for the Pharma division. Previously, Carolin held various roles at Roche, including HR Project and Portfolio Manager and Project Manager for HR Transformation. Their diverse experience includes internships in marketing and HR across companies such as RADICALZ, ZEISS Group, and Bosch Energy and Building Solutions. Carolin holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Human Resource Management and Business from Aston Business School, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from PFH Private Hochschule Göttingen.
