Carsten Kroll

External Innovation - Small Molecule Research

Carsten Kroll has a diverse background in chemistry and research, having earned a Diplom-Chemiker from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and a Dr. phil. nat. in Organische Chemie from Universität Basel. In a brief tenure at Roche, Carsten focused on building external networks and strategic relationships, as well as technology scouting and evaluating external assets within the realm of small molecule research. Prior to this role, Carsten served as a Senior Scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from April 2012 to November 2014, and held the position of Postdoctoral Researcher during that time.
