Cecile Avenal

Cecile Avenal is the Group Head of Bioassay Development at Roche, a role they currently hold. Previously, Cecile worked as a Laboratory Technician and Lab Associate at Roche and Novartis in 2004 and 2003, respectively. They earned a Master’s degree in Immunology with honors and a Bachelor's degree in Biology with distinction from the University of Aix-Marseille, where they also obtained a two-year general university degree in Biology and a Master of Science in Biotechnologies for healthcare industries, graduating top of their class. Cecile’s educational journey began with a general certificate of education in sciences from High School Orsay in Paris.
