Chao Liu is currently the Global HTA Evidence Lead and Head of HTA&HE at Roche. They have held previous positions, including Senior HE&OR Manager at Novartis Oncology from 2014 to 2018 and HEOR at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2013 to 2014. Chao's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine and a Master's degree in Health Economics & Pharmaceutical Economics from Nanjing University, along with research experience at Peking University and a research internship at the World Health Organization in 2011.
