Charis Shih

Charis Shih is a People and Culture Business Partner with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Previously, Charis served as HR Business Partner and Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner at Roche from 2018 to 2021, where they developed talent acquisition and employee branding strategies across the APAC North Asia region. Before joining Roche, Charis held the position of Assistant Manager, HRBP at Levi Strauss & Co. from 2015 to 2018, leading the HR team in Taiwan and implementing various HR initiatives. Charis began their career as an Analyst at Cancer Care Ontario in 2012 and worked as a Research Assistant at Chang Gung University from 2009 to 2011. Charis holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Chang Gung University.
