Chengcheng Liu

Chengcheng Liu is currently a Group Lead in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology at Roche, where they oversee innovative research initiatives. Previously, they served as a Principal Scientist and Senior Scientist in Computational Biology at Roche, alongside roles at Amgen as a Senior Associate Scientist and Bioinformatics Lead. Chengcheng's experience includes leading bioinformatics teams, developing high-throughput data analysis strategies, and conducting precision medicine research in various cancer contexts. They began their journey in bioinformatics and genomic analysis with academic roles at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Penn State University.
