Chris Dempsey

Chris Dempsey is currently the Senior Principal Operational Excellence Partner at Roche, where they lead a team focused on enhancing performance within a complex manufacturing environment. With a strong foundation in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Chris has a history of driving strategic initiatives and empowering various levels of the organization at Genentech, where they previously held multiple roles including Director Operational Excellence. Chris also served as Treasurer and Board Member for the Santa Barbara Rape Crisis Center and gained early experience in information services and technology during their time at the University of California, Santa Barbara and the University of San Francisco, where they earned degrees in Biology and Management, respectively.
